Logo Design - $45/Hour

Business Card Design - $45
Your business collateral must have a unique, as well as consistent, “look and feel” to differentiate you from your competition. This fee includes the set-up and design process. It does not include printing. We can send you a digital file to print anywhere or have your business cards printed and delivered to you (additional printing and shipping fees will apply and may vary on the quantity of your order).
Brochure Design - $75/Hour
Effective design will deliver your marketing message in your print collateral clearly and concisely and establish an emotional response to your brand. We accomplish this by balancing creative originality with relevance and functionality. We will design your brochure to get results. This fee includes the set-up and design process. It does not include printing. Print Ad Design - $75
Our main objective when producing a print ad is to ensure that the design has a nice clean layout, an engaging headline, and an eye-catching visual that clearly defines the overall message. Infographics take all of that dense textual information and convert it into an easy to read, highly visual piece of content that people are much more likely to read, understand, and remember. How does your logo design process work?
During our initial logo meeting, we begin by discussing the client’s ideas, target market, and uses for this logo. We ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste. Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, we make sure we have collected enough information before we begin work. Our logo design service is very straight forward. If you’d like to see extra concepts after our initial ideas or if you need a couple logo designs for multiple companies our service can be priced according to your needs.
Is the artwork for my logo something from Microsoft clip-art?
NO, we create and draw artwork from inspiration given in our meeting and style review.
Do I get a vector file for my logo once it is created?
YES, you get EPS (vector), jpeg, and a png file. Our logo design can be used to complete stationery and brand marketing – including business card, letterhead, envelopes, brochure design, websites, graphics for web sites, direct mail design, email marketing, mailing labels, presentation folders, and any other designs your business may require.
What is the client's involvement in the design process?
As a non-agency, we listen to our clients from the start. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style before starting to work with new clients. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain colors and fonts before work continues. Once the design project is ready for print we will submit a final proof for the customer’s approval before submitting to production. Once a job is in production, the job cannot be cancelled. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats if payment was made for design services.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
No we do not. Our support hours are 9AM – 5PM CST, Monday through Friday. We hope to extend those hours in the future.
What are my payment options?
Payment can be made using any major debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Customers may make payments via check and snail-mail, but work can not begin until the payment has been received and cleared.
Is the artwork our property once paid for?
No, not the actual artwork files unless agreed upon in the proposal. However, ALL approved web images and high resolution images purchased are 100% yours once the project is fully complete and paid for.
How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you on Google Drive, Dropbox, or through e-mail (depending on the size of the file). If it is a project that is to be printed through our resources, we can have your project mailed to you for additional shipping fees. We also keep a digital copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.
How do I check on the progress of my logo job during the design process?
Once payment is received, normal turnaround for logo design is 14 days. We present the logos to the client , and wait for revisions or final approval before we send out all the files. We do save your work in case you lose the files or need them sent again.
I need something designed yesterday. Can you help me?
We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is however, a rush fee may be added. Call us to find out.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a job is in production, the job cannot be cancelled.
What if I have multiple websites?
The fees mentioned above are per site. At this time we do not offer discounts on multiple websites.
